Once you have placed your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation. You can request priority delivery at extra charge, to arrive within 3 working days of placing your order. Otherwise, the delivery schedule is at our discretion, although we will do our best to take account of your requirements. Please allow plenty of lead-time for remote areas or holiday periods. To verify the delivery time to your area, please contact the Sales Office (01628 509690). For bagged wood pellets, next day or timed delivery can be arranged at an additional charge.
For pallets of bagged wood pellets, deliveries are made on standard wooden pallets. A 'carrier' type 7.5 tonne vehicle can be arranged on request, but may be charged extra. The standard size of the Euro pallet is 1200 long x 800mm wide.
If you are not able to accept pallet deliveries due to access this will need to be stated clearly on your delivery questionnaire. Goods cannot be dispatched without a signature.

Customer Delivery Requirements
When ordering, you will be asked a series of questions regarding your delivery address and access points. When you place your first order, Forever Fuels will contact you to confirm your delivery instructions and go through them in detail. The delivery instructions will then remain on your account for future orders but they can be amended at any time.
Account Customers ordering bulk deliveries of wood pellets, will be contacted by a member of Forever Fuels' Sales Team to confirm delivery methods and times.
Forever Fuels bulk orders are delivered by specialist pneumatic or tipping blowing vehicles to suit the customer delivery requirements.
