Why not register?
You can post anonymously here, but why not register as a user, so you can keep track of your posts? You can register automatically by entering a few details about yourself into the Registration form and then confirming your identity (to control spam-robots) by clicking the link in the email that is sent to you when you submit the form.
Tell us about yourself
Why not create a new Forum topic in this forum ("New Users") to tell other users a little about yourself? You could do it as an anonymous user, but why not register first, so people can relate your information in that post to your username on the site?
Express yourself, but within reason
Heated debate is welcome. If you find someone else's opinion distasteful, or take offence at their views, live with it or ignore it. We will not censor opinions on this site, unless those opinions encourage illegality or are spam in disguise.
However, please refrain from personally abusive language. Users engaging in personal abuse are liable to be summarily banned, without warning or right of appeal, and their posts may be removed.
Disagreement, even to the point of suggesting that someone else is not thinking rationally on a subject, and however colourful the expression of that opinion, is not abuse. Abuse refers to personal attacks unrelated to the topic in question.
Remember, if you are too confrontational, you may well find that other users ignore you or wind you up. You will get more out of the site by being polite.
Spammers not welcome
Spammers are unwelcome, and their contributions will be deleted and their users blocked on a regular basis. Links and images are not enabled for regular users to limit the utility of the site for spammers.
If you have a commercial product that is genuinely related to wood pellets, instead of posting spam, use the Contact Form to tell us about it, and we may add your product or organisation to the lists of useful links that we will be compiling.
