Delivery Information:
Once you have placed your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation. Orders are normally delivered within 3 working days of placing your order. Please allow longer for remote areas. To verify the delivery time to your area, please contact the Sales Office (0845 241 4877). Next day or timed delivery can be arranged at an additional charge. Deliveries are made on standard wooden pallets by a 'carrier' type 7.5 tonne vehicle with a tail lift and a pallet pump truck. The standard size of the Euro pallet is 1200 long x 800mm wide. Delivery will be made either for: - Full Pallets
- Half Pallets
- Quarter Pallets
When requested, delivery can include off loading pallet by tail-lift; removing product off the pallet by method of hand-balling and disposing of pallet and shrink-wrapping. Our drivers are guided by best code of practice for hand-balling which specifies that the dispatch area for products must be 'a safe and and secure location within close entry to the premises'.
If you are not able to accept pallet deliveries due to access this will need to be stated clearly on your delivery questionnaire and a member of our Sales Team will contact you to make alternative arrangements. Goods cannot be dispatched without a signature.

Customer Delivery Requirements
When ordering on-line you will be asked a series of questions regarding your delivery address and access points. When you place your first order with us, we will contact you to confirm your delivery instructions and go through them in detail. The delivery instructions will then remain on your account for future orders but they can be amended at any time online.
650 kg Bulk Bags and Bulk Delivery
Account Customers ordering Bulk Bags or tonnage deliveries of wood pellets, will be contacted by a member of our Sales Team to confirm delivery methods and times.
Our bulk orders are delivered by specialist tipping or pneumatic blowing vehicles to suit the customer delivery requirements.
